Synopsis
Sung-cheol, a detective suspended from his duty breaks the washing basin while shaving. When he calls the plumber, he finds out that the plumber looks exactly same as the suspect of serial murders even though he hides himself wearing a long sleeved top and a cap. Sung-cheol feels that he is the one. The thriller using the motif of 'a strange story of a plumber' tries to soothe the scars of Korean society.
