You can reserve up to 4 tickets per screening.
All seats are sold online and there are no separate onsite seats available.
Outdoor screening is operated in all non-reserved seats without ticket issuance.

How to Purchase	Reservations can be made on the official website ※ You can reserve up to 4 tickets for each reservation.

Pick-up	You can only receive tickets for the opening ceremony on July 7(Thu). Tickets can be issued after checking the reservation number at the on-site ticket booth of each theater from July 8(Fri) to July 17(Sun). If you make a reservation online, you can enter the theater with a mobile ticket without ticket issue. ※ Make sure to bring the reservation number (SMS, printout copy of the reservation confirmation, reservation page).
Remarks	Tickets will not be reissued nor be refunded based on personal circumstances(e.g. lost tickets, damaged tickets, traffic delays, went to the wrong theater, mistaken the movie time, etc.).

Mobile tickets may be checked via the Ticketing page on the BIFAN2022 mobile website.
Mobile tickets must be shown to a festival volunteer before entering the theater.
If you have already been issued a physical ticket at the Box Office, you will not be allowed to enter the theater with a mobile ticket.
A photo or an image of the mobile ticket will not be accepted.
A mobile ticket cannot be used to gain entrance to the opening ceremony (a physical ticket must be issued at the box office).
Tickets can be issued to audiences who want paper tickets after watching the screening.
