Synopsis

Under the project to create a suitable condition for humans, evolved cockroaches, or Terra Formars, begin to threaten human beings. In order to extirpate them, special agents head to the Mars to begin a war between the roaches and humans.

Born in Japan, Miike graduated from Yokohama Vocational School of Broadcast and Film. After his directorial debut in 1991, he has been directing over 90 films including Audition (1999), Ichi the Killer (2001), and 13 Assassins (2010).
