Synopsis
Kumi is newly assigned to the mountain rescue squad. She is a rookie recruit who receives rigorous training under the guidance of Sanpo. Kumi makes steady progress as a rescuer but is unable to save lives during successive actual rescue attempts. Kumi is stricken with a crisis of confidence. Just then, however, a ferocious snowstorm strikes the wintry mountains, and multiple mishaps occur…
