Detective Kim escorts a young suspect to the scene of a crime for a reenactment. The detective and the suspect gradually become close as their car races through the sunlit countryside.
Born in 1974, in Seoul. He got into Hongik University in 1999, and has directed lots of animation films. This movie, The Southern Plains, is his first work as a film director. Mad Monkey, one of animations he directed, was selected as a closing film in PISAF.
