Synopsis

​Highschooler Nagisa, played by Horikita Maki, finds out she has only three more months to live. She goes on a journey to the village in which she lived as a child. There, she encounters her first love Satoshi. HIROKI constructs a solid drama out of a high school girl who is greeting her death with steady acting and melodramatic mood.

HIROKI Ryuichi

Born in 1954 in Japan, Hiroki started his career as a film director with the Japanese softcore pornographic film genre of pink film. His 1994 feature film 800 Two Lap Runners was selected to Berlin International Film Festival in the same year. Another film in 2003 Vibrator was also widely seen overseas. The film won a number of awards including Best Actress for Shinobu Terajima at Tokyo International Film Festival. Kabukicho Love Hotel (2014) which was screened at the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival. Noise (2022) was selected to the competition of Udine Far East Film Festival in the same year.
