The Voice of the Desert

Synopsis

A dying man confesses that he killed a priest who heard a message from God and buried him a tape recording of divine voice. The Pope orders to find the tape in a clandestine fashion. The secret does not hold, however, and news of this phenomenon spreads out to the public. The tape becomes vauled at million of dollars and people from all corners of the world swarn to the desert where the body is suspected to be buried. Asied from common knowledge, the secret powers that dominate the planet send spies to the desert to retrieve the tape of inestimable political and financial value. A race for this tape begins. Diretor

Jean-Michel ROUX

Born in France, in 1964. He became to be recognized through his first short film Quatier Sauvage, made at the age of 19. Since then, he made many short films. The 1000 Wonders of the Universe is his first feature film.
