    Eric KHOO

    Eric Khoo was the first Singaporean to have his films invited to major film festivals such as Berlin, Venice and Cannes. He is well-known in Korea with 12 Storeys (1997) and My Magic (2008) which was nominated for the Cannes Palme d’Or in 2008. He is building-up his filmography not only a director but also a producer. In 2011, he released his first animated feature Tatsumi (2011), which was invited to the 64th Cannes Film Festival.

  • Brontis JODOROWSKY

    Brontis JODOROWSKY

    Brontis JODOROWSKY starts his career as an actor at the age of 7 in his father Alejandro Jodorowsky's movie El Topo (1971). He obtains the 1974 Diosa de Plata prize for best child actor. He settles in France in 1979, where he has developed his career as a theater, TV and movie actor, besides staging theater plays and operas. Recently he goes on with the world tour of The gorilla in the Sarmiento theater of Buenos Aires.

  • Shinji HIGUCHI

    Shinji HIGUCHI

    Starting his career in film field as a mould assistant at Godzilla(1954), he took charge of shooting for special effects, script writing, and conti man at numerous works like Gmera: Guardian of the Universe (1995) and TV animation series Neon Genesis Evangelion (1995). Since then he directed Lorelei (2005), Sinking of Japan (2006), and The Floating Castle (2011, co-director). In 2012, he took charge of conti and design of Neon Genesis Evangelion: Q (2012). He is acknowledged as a creator not only in the animation and special effects field but also in the commercial movie field.

    Benjamin ILLOS

    Programmer for Cannes' Directors' Fortnight, Benjamin Illos majored in literature at the Sorbonne. He collaborated a decade with Pierre Rissient, promoting films and directors. He also has been working over the years as a script researcher, subtitler, film editor and critic.

    CHOI Yong-bae

    Choi is a president and producer of Chungeorahm Film. Chungeorahm Film produced numerous and various Korean blockbusters in 2000. He is also a professor of Film, TV & Multimedia Studies at Korea National University of Arts and vice-president of Korean Film Producers Association. 26years(2012), The host (2006), The Unforgiven(2005) and 3-Iron(2004) are regarded as his major works.

    JUNG Bum-shik

    After attaining his master degree in Film Studies, Chungang Graduate School, he directed Epitaph (2007), Horror Stories (2012, Various Directors) and Horror Stories 2 (2013, Various Directors), and also wrote scenario of Miss Go (2011). Most of his works were invited to the foremost international film festivals. He is well known for his delicate and sensitive direction ability for horror movies.

    Huang HOIJ

    Hao-Jie Huang is the short film programmer of Kaohsiung Film Festival. His career has been rich and diverse, starting out as a filmmaker. Huang builds up his reputation in producing documentary, short film, and then moving into film festival programming in Taiwan. Since 2012, he has been a jury at Hong Kong International Mobile Film Award.

  • Travis STEVENS

    Travis STEVENS

    Travis Stevens is the founder and CEO of Snowfort Pictures boutique production company specializing in the development, financing and production of commercial genre films. Recent Snowfort productions include the 2013 Cannes Director’s Fortnight documentary Jodorowsky’s Dune, the 2013 SXSW Audience Award Winner and numerous movies. Prior to launching Snowfort Pictures, Travis worked in film development, acquisitions and sales.

  • Gaz BAILEY

    Gaz BAILEY

    Gaz Bailey is the founder and director of Abertoir - Wales' International Horror Festival which is the only genre festival in Wales. After graduating with a Masters Degree in Film Studies in the UK, he has worked for the American network PBS, where he developed an interest in editing. He has since moved into the exhibition sector and is the film manager and programmer for Aberystwyth Arts Centre. He is also on the board of directors for Sinemau Cymru, a Wales-wide network that promotes the exhibition of specialist film.

    Christian HALLMAN

    Christian Hallman is Program Co-Director and Organizer of Lund International Fantastic Film Festival in Sweden. He is the acting Federation Coordinator for the European Fantastic Film Festivals Federation, and since 2011 he is also on the board and acting program advisor for BUFF. The last few years he has worked primarily with commercials, as a director, producer, while working on development on a few feature film projects.

    Edward Delos Santos CABANOT

    Ed Cabagnot was the Festival Programmer of the Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival and the Editor-in-Chief of the Asia-Europe Foundation’s film360 online site. He is currently the Director of the Cultural Center of the Philippines' Media Arts Division. In the 13th Pusan International Film Festival, he was a Jury Member for its NETPAC Competition.

  • Darcy PAQUET

    Darcy PAQUET

    Darcy Paquet has been living in Seoul and writing about Korean films since 1997. The founder of the website Koreanfilm.org, he teaches at Kyung Hee University and works as a consultant for the San Sebastian International Film Festival and the Udine Far East Film Festival. Recently he also appeared as a supporting actor in the films The Taste of Money (2012) and Almost Che (2012).

  • MO Eun-young

    MO Eun-young

    She obtained her master degrees in Multimedia & Film Studies and Phd. in animation theory at Chungang Graduate School. She served as a Programmer at 3rd Green Film Festival in Seoul and Indie Forum. Currently she is serving as a Programmer at Indie-Ani Fest and Cinematheque of Korean Film Archive.

    JOO Sung-choel

    He started his career as a movie reporter at movie magazine Kino, he is currently in office at Cine 21 as report team leader after went through working at Film 2.0. He wrote books search as a Hong Kong travel guide book Hong Kong Film Road, an essay for the 10th anniversary We loved Leslie Chung of the time, and an interview book of hidden Korean master movieman, Master movieman in our time.

    KIM Hyung-suk

    After obtaining his master degree in Film Studies at Dongguk University, he worked at 2nd PiFan as a Contents Management Coordinator. Since then he works as a journalist. He was a editor-in-chief at Screen for a while and now he contributes a column to Naver Film and Magazine M.

    SONG Kyoung-won

    In 2009, Song took the rostrum with receiving film critic award at Cine21, he is a former journalist in medias including The Busan Ilbo, Cine21, GQ and NAVER. Also, he often visits Donguk University and Daejin University to offer lectures, and he is a reporter for Cine21. Then, he was appointed as a jury in Buil Film Awards Festival between 2011 and 2012. Recently, he was programming for Seoul Independent Documentary Festival in 2013.

  • CHOI Eun-young

    CHOI Eun-young

    After obtaining her degrees in Multimedia&Film Studies at Korea National University of Arts and Chungang Graduate School, she began her career as a reporter for movie magazine KINO for 3 years from 2000. Started movie weekly magazine FILM 2.0 as a critic staff and has done writing for many magazines including Screen. He participated as a programmer for international short at PiFan from 2008 for 5years.

  • HUH Nam-woong

    HUH Nam-woong

    After starting as a film reporter at Ddanzi Ilbo, he was a movie journalist in media companies Film2.0 and Movie Week. Also, he was a programmer in Cinema Tech. and Seoul Art Cinema. In recent years, he still serves as a movie journalist in various media companies as he make his appearances both in a TV program, and a Radio broadcast called, I Like movie and The Love in bookshop respectively. Furthermore, he regularly gives out lectures at the Han Sung University and Geum Ho Art Museum.
