Synopsis

Eunyu, a high school library captain, loses the book in which she kept the donations. Shortly after, Baekji, a member of the library club, returns the book that Eunyu had lost, but the money has disappeared. Coincidentally, Eunyu had witnessed Baekji shoplifting at a supermarket, and Eunyu's suspicion of Baekji begins to grow.

Program Note

It is easy to misunderstand someone you don’t know well, and it is even easier for a person in a difficult situation to direct their anger towards others. However, once an impression is made, it is difficult to change. Eunyu, who lost a donation, arbitrarily suspects Baekji and things only get worse. In a world where the concept of a proper apology is controversial, the two protagonists manage to apologize, reflect on their actions, and gracefully accept the apology. (SONG Eunji)

Diretor

NAM Seo Jeong

Born in 1996, she studied film directing in college. Her first short film, TREETOP, follows one day of a female victim of domestic violence struggling with herself after an accident, and was invited to a number of film festivals where it was met with enthusiastic responses. REPORT TO THE CLASS is her second short film.
