Synopsis
Commissioner Nathan arrives at an abandoned fairground with his assistant lieutenant Philippe Saule. A corpse of a pretty young woman has been discovered and the two cops quickly size up the situation. The woman was the victim of a serial killer, one that Nathan and Saule have been doggedly tracking for months. Against the wishes of the department and paid for from his own salary, Nathan goes to America to follows his instincts. He believes the man he is tracking is an American. Nathan and McPherson, an American cop, realize that several murders in America follow the same profile. The murders stopped two years ago, however. Returning to France, Nathan and Saule determine that the killer is not only American, but a high-ranking government official at the American Embassy. Using a beautiful cop named Marine as a lure, Nathan and Saule set a trap to capture their prey. But something goes horribly away, and Marine may lose her life. . .
