Synopsis

Angie Everhart starts in , a taut thriller which explores the sex trade in the Old World. A Jewish cop is sent to Poland to investigate a difficult case. It seems someone is kidnapping beautiful young models. The only problem is, he doesn’t want to go. To complicate matters, he is teamed with a somewhat complaisant Polish partner. The case becomes more than simple kidnapping-and infinitely more dangerous – when they discover who is doing the crimes. It seems the Mafia is using these young woman as chattel in a kind of slave trade. The two cops must work together if they ever hope to survive, let alone put the Mafia behind bars and rescue the models.

Born in Bordeaux France in 1955, Jean-Louis Daniel is a personable energetic and imaginative French director. His first film won no less than 15 awards as well as the Prix de Rome, that sent him for a year of cinema studies at the Villa Medicis. He has now imprinted his vivid directing style in video-music, commercials and movie of the week.
