Synopsis
A small hair salon, ‘Permanent Nobara’, obscurely nestles in a seaside town. Women in the town gather at the salon everyday for a tragicomic chat about romance and confession of little lies with a little bit of exaggeration as if seeking some spice in the drudgery of their daily lives.
