Synopsis

Megan is a cheerleader. She has a boyfriend. However she doesn’t like kissing him, and pictures of girls adorn her locker. Megan’s parents conclude she is a lesbian and send her to a sexual conversion therapy camp.

The classic of queer movie. Megan is conned in a Conversion therapy facility by her parents, instead she afrms her sexual identity as a lesbian. It is a rst fulllength lm of queer feminist director, Jamie Babbit who has directed L Word and Gilmore Girls and it also shows young Natasha Lyonne, who is known for Orange is the New Black, plays a queer role with fresh charm.
