Synopsis

British writer, musician and actor Elizabeth Sankey investigates the romantic comedy genre with the help of critics, actors and filmmakers, in the hope of better understanding how we look at love and romance.

A documentary that consists of clips from more than 160 romantic comedy films from the 1930s to the latest. The director proudly reveals his taste for Roco films and reflect on the past, present and future of the women in the Roco films.
