Synopsis

A strange man known as the ‘metal fetishist’, who has an insane compulsion to stick scrap metal into his body, is hit and killed by a salary man. The salary man then notices that he is being slowly overtaken by kind of disease that is turning his body into scrap metal, and that his nemesis is not in fact dead but is somehow masterminding his rage and frustration-fueled transformation.

Diretor

TSUKAMOTO Shinya

Born in 1960, he worked at a TV commercial film production. While working, he directed Tetsuo, the Iron Man (1989) which put him in the limelight as a filmmaker. A Snake of June (2002) won the Jury’s Prize at Venice International Film Festival. He completed the trilogy of Tetsuo films with Testuo, the Bullet Man (2009). He’s working as an actor and director.
