Program Note
You must have heard a story of ‘Red Mask,’ who asks a person if she looks pretty and rips their mouth like hers. This film is an interesting reinterpretation of this old story set in the COVID pandemic era, swinging smoothly between horror and comedy. (KIM Nakyung)
Director
KIM Min-ha
Born in 1990. He studied film at Cheong-ju University. He climbed the Himalayas after being shocked by the failure to pass the scenario at his first workshop in college. Super Hero (2021) is his feature film debut and has screened at BIFAN 2021 Family Zone section, and won an Watcha's Pick award in BIFAN 2022 for Red Mask KF94 (2022).
