• You may purchase up to 2 tickets per person/screening.

Cancellation can be made up to 30 minutes before the relevant screening

If a cancellation is made on the screening date, a fee of 1,000 KRW will be issued per cancellation.

• No fees will be issued for cancellations made before the day of the screening
• Refunds and cancellations due to personal reasons such as lost or damaged tickets and any other mistakes about the time/venue of the screening are not available

• Partial cancellations are not allowed. If you wish to make a partial cancellation, you must cancel all of the reservations and make a new purchase.
• Tickets that have been issued after purchase may only be cancelled at the box offices upon presenting the physical ticket.
• Tickets that have passed the expiry date for cancellation/refund will not be eligible for cancellations/refunds.
• Full refunds will be given at the box offices for tickets cancelled due to circumstances on behalf of the festival (only for ticket holders).

• On-site sales of sold-out online bookings are not available separately.

• After watching the movie, audiences who want tributary tickets can issue tickets at the on-site ticket booth.
