The business meeting schedulings will be held via the business meeting platform b.square, which has a simple procedure and provides the optimal user environment. b.square is an online and on-site meeting platform used by distinguished overseas film festivals such as Marche du Film, Sundance, etc. and provides not only convenience for the B.I.G. guests and project participants but also an efficient operation and monitoring system. If registered B.I.G. guests and project participants input the meeting times they are each available and request and accept a meeting in advance, a 30-minute online meeting is automatically scheduled.

Also, gather.town, which allows for interaction in digital space, has been chosen as the platform for a separate event to provide participants with opportunities to strengthen their networks through more casual interaction separate from the official business meetings. Gather.town is a game-like virtual reality space where people can communicate through their own personal avatars. Through an online environment and using a webcam and a PC, participants will be able to feel a sense of closeness that exceeds face-to-face encounters.
