Synopsis
Local boy, Peter, is trying to find the source of the metallic sound that haunts the village. When he shares his footage with an old woman it sparks memories of a bear that roamed the hills during her childhood. A Bear Remembers portrays a rural landscape slowly being eroded, where history and memory dissolve like mud. Through a boy in search of answers, an old woman reminiscing about a world that once held meaning, and an ancient bear spirit that no longer remembers why it cries out, the film explores the emotional weight of loss.
