A woman is devotedly caring for her boyfriend, who is in a vegetative state. She begins reading a heartfelt love letter to him, confessing her love and recounting their journey from their first meeting to the moment of the accident. While the twist may be somewhat predictable, the film's strength lies in the director's ability to maintain tension and depth through the woman's narration, showcasing a high level of craftsmanship.
