Synopsis

Bill is a popular teenager in an affluent Beverly Hills, yet feels detached from his family. Upon listening to secretly recorded taboo relations among them, Bill digs deeper into his family’s background that reveals the sinister plot, endangering himself in the process. A biting satire on the life of the privileged, Society is a directorial debut by the horror maestro, Brian Yuzna. Aided by the groundbreaking special effects by Screaming Mad George, Mr. Yuzna creates a disturbing, nightmarish world of the rich and powerful, leading to a mind-melting sequence known as ‘The Shunting’ that must be seen to be believed.
