Synopsis
Why do human beings laugh? Bill Plympton's answer to this profound question seems to be very simple : "The one and only reason is that something inside bursts out. Or else? It's just fun!" If Sex & Violence is regarded as a lewd story, More Sex & Violence is just the sequel. It attacks common sense and lofty culture again. Same as Sex & Violence, short episodes include snobbish and destructive jokes about sex and violence in an omnibus format. As usual, odd imagination armed with absurdity, rudeness and cruelty is enough to test the viewers' state of mind. Also the rough sketch style undoubtedly indicates it's Plympton's. The best part of More Sex & Violence is the last episode: the POV stays inside the mouth of a lady dating her boy friend. After lipstick was put on, popcorn, soda, wine, and perfume go into the mouth one after another. And next the man's tongue... If you notice and chuckle, you deserve to enjoy Bill's lewd jokes.
