Synopsis
Life is Hell for Jasper James (Kieran Mulrony) and it doesn? look like it? going to get any better. His boss is a bitter washed up TV star and his girlfriend possessive and crazy. Jasper leaves Rachel to start a new life and moves into an old mansion on Paradise Lane. But life on Paradise Lanes isn? all it? cracked up to be. Jasper soon notices strange things - his neighbor Troy plays deafening music at night, a neighborhood dog digs up what looks like a human bone and his odd ball landlords Betty (Bette Ford) and Francis (Mason Adams) don? seem to notice anything. Jasper soon learns that his suspicions are true and that his repulsive neighbor Troy is a killer indeed but one with standards. Troy only kills the rude and the obnoxious, those who are a menace to society Suddenly, Troy becomes the answer to Jasper? problems with Rachel, whose obsession with Jasper is becoming a nightmare. Sure enough, Troy unwittingly does the deed and kills Rachel causing Jasper to set his sights on his next victim, his offensive and alcoholic boss, Vince Vincent...
