Synopsis

The Sawicki's, are a midlife childless couple, living an ordinary life in a small town. All that is about to change for good, when they welcome a 'stranger' into their home. The 'stranger' with affectionate eyes and discrete behavior is none other than a circus camel. The Sawicki's find the joy of life by feeding and caring for the camel. And they hope to have this happiness last. But the town's people start to interfere in Sawicki's newfound happiness. Some try to make a profit out of the camel, while others worry that it spread a disease. The Sawicki couple are scrutinized by the community when they refuse to compromise to it's demands. Mr Sawicki quietly leaves the city council, when the town's people call the camel, "an unwanted sensation, and an useless animal."
