Borin in 1970, he studied movie at Dankook Iniversity. He was invited to Venice Film Festival to screen his short film Hide and Seek (2001). He participated in the production of No Blood, No Tears as directing staff and has been working with Korea's leading directors such as Lee Hyeon Seong and Huh Jin Ho.
