Synopsis

A man working at a copy shop realizes one morning that his appearance is photocopied on to the copy machine. At first it is the hand or the torso, but afterwards his whole body is copied, and men looking exactly like him start appearing around him. It is a short animation metaphorically dealing with how a simple machine symbolized by a copy machine interferes to a human being? identity. As the character in the film, we may resist machine-destructively or commit suicide, but would never be able to escape the network this world. In this digital age where discourse in films is inclined towards technology and form, it is interesting that this film raises the identity issues. (KIM So-hee)
