Synopsis
Tony, a deaf boy from Yorkshire dreams of becoming a rapper. While the other kids on his estate make fun of him and his friend Mike, Tony retreats into a fantasy of performing as deaf M.C, ‘Ice Finga’ When his musical aspirations are derided, he soon realises he must prove himself.
