Historically, war is deeply rooted in the Balkans, as shown by the war in Kosovo, which shows the extreme conflict between nations. The story originates in Yugoslavia 50 years ago with two pledged brothers, Serafim and Vitomir. They were committing illegal smuggling between Italy and Yugoslavia and got caught by the police. Serafim runs away to Italy, but Vitomir ends his life in prison. Some years after he died, his son asks for help from a friend's son in order to pay his debt. Santino, who is the son of Serafim , receives a phone call from Trendafil, Vitomir’s son, asking for help. Trendafil is a coward who was born in war. On the day he was born, Israel declared war against Jordan, Syria and Iraq. On the day he met his first love, the war between Croatia and Slovenia broke out. On the day he got married, NATO attacked Serbia. A civil war broke out in Macedonia, but being scared of wars, he doesn't want to participate in the war. He and his wife decide to do flee in the night. An accident occurs while he was heading for Bulgaria with his wife and mother-in-law. By chance, the names of all the family members are flowers. The story develops quickly to lilting tune and fast music. There is happiness, life and death existing in the Balkans. This touching movie expresses the reality of war like never before.
