Synopsis

A drama that contains murder, jealousy, revenge and love. While Hwaja and the optometrist Dongwon Park are together, their daughter, Jinsook, is murdered by a psychotic killer, which infuriates Sungmin Shin. The murderer, Dal Huh, feeling guilty and responsible for the killing, commits suicide. Sungmin raises Dal Huh’s daughter in order to gain revenge on the killer. Later realizing this fact, Hwaja abuses Sujin. The son of Sungmin, Jinyoung, falls in love with Sujin. However, Jinyoung's friend, Kiljun, also falls in love with Sujin, creating a love triangle. Sungmin attempts to love Sujin as his own, while Hwaja distracts this attempt. One day, while the couple is having an argument, Jinyoung finds out that Sujin is the daughter of a psychotic killer.

GO Yeong-nam

One of the most prolific directors in Korea, he directed over 100 films in his lifetime. His directorial debut film is The Lost Sun (1964) and directed his best-known film The Land of Snow (1977), Subzero Point ’81 (1981).
