Synopsis

Detective Hwang is a nimble veteran in Hongkong, but he is scared of using a gun because he feels guilty about an accident in which he shot a boy. His hand trembles whenever he touches a gun. His wife doesn't want to become pregnant, so they argue every night. One day, serial killings start to happen in Hongkong. All the victims are beautiful women, weighting 70 pounds on the average. Actually, the victims’ weights are different. By killing them in a cruel manner, however, the criminal can leave the dead body at 70 pounds. The more mysterious thing is that all the victims went to same fitness club and participated in a diet program that is managed by the trainer, Cherie. Actor Ken, who prowled around Cherie, is a murder suspect. Hwang's junior, who fell in love with Cherie in the middle of the investigation, is killed. The more the number of victims grows, the more the techniques of killing become cruel. Hwang's wife has a sixth sense in finding some clues, and then the substance of the murders appears. A suspect is found as the murderer and Hwang faces the moment when he has to shoot the gun. The film illustrates the tragedy brought about by unreasonable diet.
