Synopsis
Cortex is an Internet-based company that does contract killing. Upon receiving an order, he hires a killer and gets rid of the target. The killer is transplanted via "eyecam" to record the performance. Tom is a skillful killer at Cortex who doesn't care about who is killed and why they are killed. One day, he receives an order to kill a woman whom he loves. He has to kill her in a house with a broken air conditioner. Tom's 'eye cam' makes an error. The security system works and locks him inside the house. He is trapped and gets in trouble. Ghosts of his past victims are annoying him. The audience begins to doubt whether he will kill her. The truth of the 'eyecam' is revealed and the hero takes off the transplanted equipment. It is similar to the ending of 'Matrix.' A human who has subjectivity can choose the ending. The scene may seem shabby to an audience who are used to splendor in addition to the obvious ending with the obvious material.
