Synopsis

A musical documentary of a tribute concert for Fishmans, one of Japan's most influential independent music bands of the 1990s. Video images created by artists from various fields who were influenced by Sato Shinji, the band's vocal who has passed away, are shown together with clips from the tribute concert by musicians who honor the band affirm just what impact Fishmans' world of music had on the contemporary music scene. Breathtaking performance and the music that is as fresh as ever make it very enjoyable to watch. While it may be hard to call it the best Japanese documentary of the year 2006 but one can certainly say that it is one of the most attractive musical films.
