John LANDIS

USA2006 60min Beta Color Asian Premiere

Synopsis

The "deer woman" legend of native Americans was made into a horror movie. Bizarre and brutal murders take place in one village. Detective Dwight Faraday is a cynical cop and is no longer interested in the case as his investigation has failed several times already. However, after seeing a disabled person murdered, he suspects that the killer may have deer legs. John Landis whose previous work includes Blues Brothers and Animal House directed Deer Woman to be a film mixed with sex, horror and comedy. He has recently completed Family, the first episode of the second Masters of Horror series.
