Synopsis

Month to work as a domestic maid. During the Chinese Seventh Month, the gates of hell open and spirits are let loose upon an unsuspecting world as the dead walk among the living beings for the next 30 days. To protect themselves, mortals devise rules but Rosa, who has the heavy responsibility of supporting her family, couldn't care less about these rules. Unknown to the innocent girl, she had unwittingly broken many rules on the first few days of the Seventh Month. As she glimpses strange apparitions at night, Rosa soon finds herself tumbling into the world of the dead and the plot in her master's house is soon revealed. This gem of a ghost movie from Singapore surpassed the revenue of The Eye in the first week of its domestic opening last year and became a huge hit in Malaysia as well.
