Synopsis
Mankind is falling victim to an unknown virus. Others asserts that this devastating virus is attributable to massacres and wars that are plaguing the entire world. Jose, a 36-year old systems engineer whose only interest in life is sex suddenly discovers in his skin signs of a mysterious disease. He also discovers replicas of himself infected by the same virus that are intent on killing one another.
Others follows Jose's desperate attempt at finding his identity among replicas of his own. The blurry line between dream and reality found in this film is rather fantasy-oriented, but it is used only as a form of expression. Jose's confusion represents everyone who is groaning in anguish amidst international politics. Post-911, pressure of victims and perpetrators and deformed organizations that arose from despair... The film approaches realistic, hard-to-solve issues with its agenda clearly revealed in actual war scenes inserted in it. (LEE Hwa Jeong)
