Program Note

Parents must see this movie taking their children by the hand. Of course, it applies to people of all different ages. A spectrum of audience of this film is broad so much. A detective cat, a tough dog, a timid donkey, a rooster chased by hen, these 4 animals are entangled with each other with necessity. This combination of members seems familiar to us somehow. Yes. This film derived from a popular fairy tale ¡¸The Town Musician of Bremen¡¹by the Brothers Grimm. Beyond merely deriving, this film weaves very modern and interesting story. And said. ‘How exciting the challenging life is.’ Animals run away when they are falsely accused as thieves. During the escape, they overcome their differences, understand each other and build up close friendship. The cat, Marnie and his friends show how they can get over big hardship, while they share adventure together. The sense to show these humorously is mind-boggling. It displays the greatest one that the animation can show. (JUNGHYUN Hae-Yong)
