Synopsis
[Hong Kong No.2]
Xuan's reclamation project threatens the livelihood of the mermaids. Other mermaids send Shan to tempt Xuan and kill him, but they fall in love instead. Unfortunately, the mermaids are hunted by a hidden organization and Xuan has to save Shan.
