Rune Spaans is a Norwegian director and designer. Spaans directed two animated feature films with Rasmus A. Sivertsen such as Ploddy The Police Car on the Case (2013) and Two Buddies and a Badger (2015). The Absence of Eddy Table (2016) is his first short film.
