Synopsis
Captain Zhou, investigating an unidentified body under the ice-sealed river, and detective Wang, a kidnapping case in Shanghai, finds out that the local chemistry factory bridges the two separate cases together. Therefore, the two partner with each other to bring the criminal to justice!
