Synopsis

Tsunami-hit areas of Japan, Sumida and his schoolmate Keiko are 14 year old school kids living a dystopian existence where each of their parents' hopes and encourages them to die. Eventually, he kills his father and then, assuming his life is ruined, attempts to improve society by killing "bad" people.

Sono Sion

Born in 1961, Sono Sion is a director, author and a poet. He gained international fame with Suicide Club(2002), and received Caligari Award at Berlin International Film Festival with Love Exposure in 2009. In 2015, Release of his new film Love & Peace and Tag, Sono Sion continues his signature style, presenting the new world of freedom from confinement and repression.
