Jacob Chelkowski was born in Krakow, Poland, grew up in Ottawa, Canada. He studied filmmaking in Montreal, Canada. For the past three years Jacob Chelkowski has been living in Krakow, Poland, where he shot his latest short film Tiger (2014)
