Born Roque Federizon Lee in Naga City, Philippines in 1950. Better known as “Rox Lee,”, he is an animation and film maker and a comic strip artist. Has conducted animation workshops at the University of the Philippines since 2006 and recently finished a collection of his cartoons and short stories.
