Synopsis

Pollution from unregulated industrialization has choked the Saigon skyline with a permanent green haze. Phong lives alone with his dog Milu. He just wants to live a quiet life with his dog. One day, Phong discovers what looks like a wound on Milu’s head, which soon becomes tiny horns protruding her skull. That night, he freaks out when Milu fully transforms into a new creature altogether, and soon becomes a stark naked young woman with a tail.
Phong’s world is torn asunder as this new Milu is tied into a darker conspiracy of epic proportions involving a corporate cover-up, the eventual kidnapping of his intrepid reporter friend and “men in black” mysteriously lurking and observing his every move…….
