Synopsis

Patrick Bateman, a young, well to do man working on Wall Street at his father's company kills for no reason at all. As his life progresses, his hatred for the world become more and more intense. Based on the controversial and hotly-debated book by Bret Eaton Ellis. In the same way that FRANKENSTEIN gave us a monster for its time, AMERICAN PSYCHO gives us a monster for the late 20th century.

Diretor

Mary HARRON

A native of Canada, director Harron worked as a rock music journalist. She received a critical acclaim with her feature debut, I Shot Andy Warhol (1996). Harron also directed short films for the BBC 2 art series. After American Psycho, she’s been active as a producer, director and actress.
