Program Note
The only wish of a child confined at home by his abusive mom is to make friends. Listening to a ticking sound coming from outside, he desperately makes a wish and opens the window. Like The Red Shoes (2005), director Kim Yong-gyun’s representative horror, the fear in the child is conveyed through the darkness and the mood. Park Soi, Yoo Da-in, Han Gi-bum show impressive acting.
