Born in 1974, Taiwan, Chen worked mainly as the producer and writer for TV series, Destiny Love (2008), Autumn’s Concerto (2009), and My Queen (2009). Chen turned into films and made the directorial debut with Our Times which made the huge commercial success locally and internationally.
