The title ‘ÇïÆÛ Helper’ refers to a person who assists, but the original title is ‘HELLPER,’ meaning someone from hell. Hwanhee calls a man to her room where she is staying alone. He is a suicide assistant. They negotiate over the method and price of the suicide. This implies that suicide has become a business. The story, which seemed to end with Hwanhee's death, takes an unexpected twist, bitterly revealing the hellish aspects of the world's leading suicide nation.
