Deco, a bully and an addict, is banned from his mom’s place. He convinces his younger brother Matt to let him sleep in, and wakes up as a vampire. Matt has to fend Deco off while trying to find a cure for him and, as run-ins with a vampire hunter, his vampire bride and bridesmaids follow, two brothers’ survival is in jeopardy. A horror-comedy with a different approach in the vampire genre, writer/director Conor McMahon’s 4th feature is full of fun gags and blood squirts, a type of film where you laugh and cheer to the screen in mass. Karl Rice and Eoin Duffy play brothers Matt and Deco, while Anthony Head steals the scene as vampire hunter Henry. (Jongsuk Thomas NAM)
