Program Note
Hideki receives a mysterious memo from an unknown recipient. Two years later, some strange occurrences around remind Hideki of the memo. Featuring English musician King Krule in the soundtrack.
Program Note
Hideki receives a suspicious call while is having a usual pleasant day with his wife: The existence of an unknown fear that has chased him since his childhood. Hideki tries to defeat the evil spirits with the help of his sister exorcist, but he has a secret. This is a film adaptation of an award-winning horror novel, which combines a Hollywood-style ritual of exorcism with a Japanese folklore. (KIM Bong-seok)

NAKASHIMA Tetsuya
Born in 1959, acclaimed Japanese filmmaker Nakashima started his film career with his film, Bakayaro! I’m Plenty Mad in 1988. His directed films including Kamikaze Girls, Memories of Matsuko, and the critically-acclaimed Confessions which made to the final shortlist for the Best foreign Language Film category at the 83rd Academy Awards.
