Cancellation can be made up to 30 minutes before the relevant screening

• Cancellation can be made on the official website if you make a reservation online.
• If you have issued a ticket, you can bring it with you within the operating hours of the box office until 30 minutes before the screening starts.

The cancellation fee is 1,000 KRW per reservation, if the ticket is canceled on the day of the screening.

• No cancellation fee will be charged until the day before the screening.
• Cancellation fees for changing ticket quantity/screening/seat/payment method will also be charged.

• Partial cancellations are not allowed. If you wish to make a partial cancellation, you must cancel the ticket and make a new purchase.
• Tickets that have been issued after purchase can only be canceled at the box offices. (The ticket that you wish to cancel must be presented.)
• Tickets that have passed the expiry date for cancellations/refunds will not be eligible for cancellations/refunds.
• If tickets must be refunded due to circumstances on behalf of the festival, a 100% refund will be given at the box offices.

• Card transaction will cancel upon ticket cancellation
• If cancellations are made more than 7 days after your ticketing, it will take more than 7 days for the transaction cancellation to be approved.
