Cancellation can be made up to 30 minutes before the relevant screening.

• Cancellation can be made on the official website if you made an online reservation.
• Tickets that have been issued after purchase can only be canceled at the box office, until 30 minutes before the screening starts.
  (You must bring the issued ticket.)

The cancellation fee is 1,000 KRW per reservation, if the ticket is canceled on the day of the screening. (No cancellation fee will be charged until the day before the screening.)

• Cancellation fees for changing ticket quantity/screening/seat/payment method will also be charged.

• Partial cancellation is not allowed. If you wish to make a partial cancellation, you must cancel the whole ticket and make a new purchase.
• Tickets that have passed the expiry date for cancellation/refund will not be eligible for cancellation/refund.
• If tickets must be refunded due to circumstances on behalf of the festival, a 100% refund will be given at the box offices.

• Card transactions will be canceled upon ticket cancellation.
• If cancellations are made more than 7 days after your ticketing, it will take more than 7 days for the transaction cancellation to be approved.
